Boudoir Photography Prices Near Melbourne – What It Costs

Boudoir photography prices near Melbourne are harder to find than they should be, most studios either don’t publish them or bury the detail behind an enquiry form. Here’s the honest overview of what you’ll actually pay.

The Session Fee: $599

Every session at Apricot Aura starts with a $599 session fee. Flat. No tiers. It covers:

  • Professional makeup done at the studio before your shoot
  • Two hours of shooting time with Sabrina across four studio sets
  • Three to five outfit changes
  • Snacks and drinks throughout
  • Your private reveal session with Jake, 2–3 weeks after your shoot

The session fee doesn’t include albums, prints, or digital files. Those are a separate decision you make at your reveal session, after you’ve seen the images, with no pressure and no rush.

What Most Clients Invest

Collections start at $899. Most clients invest between $2,300 and $4,500 all in, session fee included. That typically means a premium album with a meaningful number of images, which is what most people are after.

The range exists because people’s priorities are different. Some want a small, beautiful keepsake. Some want everything. The reveal session is where that conversation happens properly, with Jake, with your actual photos in front of you.

Below is the same structure that’s in our full price guide: session fee, where most clients land, and what drives things up or down. The guide just adds every single product and add‑on line by line.

How the Full Pricing Works

When you enquire and book a call, Jake sends through the full investment guide a couple of days beforehand, every collection, every product, every price, so you have time to look through it before we even lock in your session.
There are no surprises at the reveal, because you’ve already seen the full price list in your guide and on your call with Jake.

The reason the full detail lives in that guide rather than on this page is simple: the guide is something you get before your session, when you can read it calmly at home with a call to answer any questions instead of skimming a long list on a website and ending up confused or overwhelmed.

Pre-Payment Bonuses

Some clients already know which collection they’re leaning towards and choose to pre-purchase ahead of their session. It’s completely optional, you never need to decide anything before seeing your photos, but for those who do, there’s a small bonus for each collection as a thank you. Details are in the investment guide Jake sends before your call.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for collections. If cost is the main thing standing between you and booking, mention it when you enquire. It’s a normal conversation.

What you’re paying for isn’t just the photos. It’s the hair and makeup, Sabrina’s two hours of direction, a private dedicated studio, 4 full days of our time editing, products and a reveal appointment where Jake walks you through your images properly.
