Are boudoir photos private?
Yes, your photos are private. Here’s exactly what that means in practice, what protections are in writing, and what happens to your images after your session.

After your session, your edited images are stored in our private system. The people with access:
No one else. Not other staff, not contractors, not anyone else who uses our building. Your images are not stored on shared platforms or cloud services accessible to third parties.
No, not without explicit written consent. This is not a verbal policy. It’s in the contract you sign before your session day.
If we want to use an image for social media, our website, or any other marketing purpose, we ask you separately and specifically for that consent, in writing. If you say no, the image is never used.
The default state for every client’s images: private, yours, not used for anything without your say-so.

No. We can’t and we don’t.
The model release clause, which grants us permission to use specific images, is opt-in, not opt-out. We don’t assume consent. We ask for it.
Some clients are happy to share their images. Some want complete privacy. Both are entirely fine. The choice is entirely yours.
If you’ve previously consented to us using an image and you later change your mind, contact us. We’ll remove the image from active use on our own channels.

Your images are retained in our system for a period after your session to allow for any product reprints or additional purchases. If at any point you’d like your images deleted from our system entirely, you can request that. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
What if I see myself on your Instagram without my permission?
That won’t happen. We don’t post client images without written consent.
What if I want to keep the whole session completely secret, even from my partner?
That’s completely manageable. All communication comes to you, invoices are addressed to you, and the images stay with you until you choose to share them.
Can my images be used in AI training or sold to stock libraries?
No. Your images are session-specific. They’re your images, taken for you, at your session. They don’t enter any third-party system.
Your photos are yours. We can’t use them without your permission. You can ask us to delete them. The whole arrangement is in your contract before anything is photographed.
